Description:

381 Constructors is a tri-venture between TIC (a Kiewit Company), Cianbro Corporation, and Middlesex. The tri-venture has been awarded NAVFAC contract P-381 for Dry Dock 1 at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. 381 Constructors is preparing several Requests for Proposal for the next phases of construction, and is seeking to build relationships with local small businesses that would be interested in submitting offers. These future scopes of work include, but are not limited to, miscellaneous metals (including handrail, stairs, and ladders), permanent structural steel, temp steel, rock excavation, masonry, fire protection, doors, and much more as will be identified and needed over the course of this multi-year project.
